The dates for EXCEL registration have been finalized. Early registration will be open to families with children enrolled in the EXCEL program, at the time of registration, for five days beginning on Wednesday June 5th, 2019 at 8:00 am Atlantic Standard Time. Registration will be open to students/families who are not enrolled in the EXCEL program, at the time of registration, on June 10, 2019 at 8:00 am Atlantic Standard Time.  A link will be available for parents of new participants on the HRCE website as of Monday, June 10th, at 8:00 am Atlantic Standard Time.

This year, the HRCE will be introducing a new management software called EZChildTrack to support the 2019-20 EXCEL registration and payment process. EZChildTrack offers a secure, convenient, web-based platform on which clients can register their child(ren) online for the EXCEL program. The online registration process ensures that all client personal and financial data is securely collected and stored on Canadian servers. Program fees for 2019-20 will remain the same as this year. As in previous years, families may only submit an EXCEL application for the school in which their child(ren) is registered for 2019-20. Applications are processed based on the date and time they are received.
