Term 2 Elementary Report Cards were scheduled to be distributed during the first two weeks of April. However, due to our current school closure, this did not occur as planned. Term 2 report cards and IPP reports, where applicable, will now be issued electronically. We are now ready to send report cards and IPP reports to all Bedford South students’ families. Report cards will be emailed to the email address provided by parents in PowerSchool.

We will be sending our Term 2 report cards out on Tuesday, May 12th. If you do not receive a report card by Wednesday, May 13th, please contact Ms. Crewe at ccrewe@hrce.ca or call the school and leave a voice message. We will call you back to arrange for you to receive your student’s report card.

You will be receiving an email with a link to your child’s report card (and IPP, if applicable). To access the report(s), you will need to provide your student’s birthdate as a password. The birthdate must be entered as YYYY-MM-DD. The dashes are mandatory. If this password does not work for you, please contact Ms. Crewe. It will not work if you do not follow the YYYY-MM-DD order and/or omit the dashes. Students who are using GNSPES accounts will receive a link to their report cards in their GNSPES account as well.

Please remember that the report card being delivered to you is for Term 2, which ended on March 13th. This was the day before March Break and the school closure. This report card does not reflect any remote learning done after the school closure. After reviewing the report card, please let your child’s teacher know if you have any questions.

Term 3 P–6 June report cards will not have a grade and will consist of anecdotal comments only that reflect on the school year. Comments will be provided for language arts and mathematics only.
